Shipping policy

OVERVIEW 

All the products (not including surfboards) are shipped from our warehouse in Whales Beach, NSW, AUSTRALIA. We only use Australian Post.

Our warehouse delivers all the surfboard in Queensland. The surfboards are made to order; therefore, allow 4-6 weeks for the final delivery; For information about the delivery company, please send us a message.

COURIER

We only use Australia Post.

For Australian orders, we do have FREE shipping after a certain amount.

CONDITIONS

Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order after it is placed. Normally, if you place an order before 11 am, our courier will pick it up that morning. Anything after 11 am will most likely be collected the following day. During sale periods, processing time can be between 24-72 hours.

Australian Post is closed during the weekend, therefore we will prepare your order and will be sent the next working day.
